This Summer Update brings together the patches we have been rolling out since the start of July, with most of that work now landed. Game sessions have been reorganized around clearer chapters, World News can be revisited, and story changes are visible where they happen. Continuity and turn recovery are more dependable, and the interface across aiga_ has been redesigned to work better at different screen sizes and align with our brand.
Game sessions now follow the flow of a chapter. Context, consequences, story, media, and choices have their own place, making each turn easier to follow.
Chapters move through World News, scene context, changes, story, media, then choices. Location, time, and environmental conditions stay visible.
Post-turn cards group changes by your hero, affected characters, and factions, with milestones shown separately.
Your hero now leads the nearby cast rail, with metrics, traits, inventory, milestones, location, and story progress in one preview.
Chat replies can stream in with a live typing cursor.
Completed chapters now keep a better record. World News stays with the chapter it belongs to, and redesigned change receipts sit beside the action that caused them.
Earlier bulletins stay tucked away until opened and remain available as the story develops.
Character, faction, and location references can open the relevant Game Book entry.
Receipts cover committed changes to stats, resources, items, traits, relationships, milestones, and memories.
Memory receipts show who remembers the moment and whether it is new, updated, or replaced. Hover, focus, or tap to highlight the fact and, when available, its earlier state.
In solo adventures, Adventure Pulse helps you pick up your story, while the dashboard makes played worlds and new discoveries easier to tell apart.
Adventure Pulse recaps the current situation, active pressure, objectives, and recent journey beats.
Trending, Popular, and Explore views give you more ways to find a world.
Play counts, richer cards, and current-scene details add context before you start or resume.
Publishing now has a simpler path from art style to a complete public image set. Public pages also show more of the setting and hero before play begins.
Free accounts receive image sets for three worlds, limited to one per day. Further sets use credits.
Active subscribers receive one free public image set each day. Extra styles, images, and regenerations use credits.
The publisher tracks required images, resumes incomplete sets, and can publish automatically once the set is complete.
Shared-world previews include readable hero metric gauges, world context, location artwork, and dedicated sections for characters, factions, locations, and objectives.
This update tightens how the game records what happened. If a deal went through, its items and payment should agree. If an action was only proposed, it should not change a stat.
World-specific stats and resources behave more as intended, with stronger checks against contradictory values, overspending, and impossible jumps.
Actions only discussed, proposed, or never carried out are less likely to alter the game state.
Trades, payments, pickups, crafting, and transformations preserve their terms, with linked items and payments settling together.
Memories, traits, milestones, and relationship moments follow committed events more closely, without forcing abrupt relationship changes.
Travel confirmations such as "follow them" or "take me there" are picked up more often. Committed movement also wins over stale location details.
Rewinds and discarded branches are less likely to affect the active timeline. The game also separates aftermath from new world events to reduce repetition.
We revisited the UI across aiga_. Screens are easier to scan, and layouts hold up better at different sizes.
The same visual language now runs through the homepage, dashboard, game sessions, Game Book, world cards, and creation and sharing flows.
World and game cards put useful information first, keep artwork steadier while loading, and adapt better across screen sizes.
World creation uses visual narrative-tone choices, easier art-style selection, and a cleaner review step.
New worlds keep their original creation prompt in World Details, where it can be viewed and copied.
Skill checks have polished 3D dice, easier-to-read results, haptic feedback on supported devices, and a reduced-motion view. Edge cases around missing and maximum rolls also resolve correctly.
We tightened places where requests could be interrupted, actions could overlap, or image work could fail and leave a session stuck.
Interrupted chat requests can recover completed replies more safely, reducing duplicate sends and missing responses.
New turn protection blocks overlapping actions while the current story update is being applied.
Hardened session setup and background recovery, reducing cases where interrupted initialization or stale follow-up work could leave a game in an incomplete state.
After a turn settles, receipts and the related character, inventory, and session state are less likely to fall out of sync.
Starting a game checks that its world is ready and gives specific feedback for failed or incomplete generation. If hero art is delayed, the opening turn can continue while it catches up.
Failed world and scene images retry more safely, with better credit recovery when generation fails.
Fixed cached game and world artwork that could appear black or blank after returning to a page.
Reduced layout movement and fixed responsive issues across sessions, cards, carousels, and the homepage.
